Undoubtedly, the initiative of the demarches which are responsible, visible and benefic for “Health-NutritionWellbeing” belong to Prof. Florian Popa, MD, Vice-president of the Health Commission of the Senate of Romania and the President of the National Council of Attesting the Titles, Diplomas and University Certificates in Medicine, at that time, Rector of “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, in the first mandate.
